I'm not that dependent on it, but it helps with making conversation, and tastes nice. I like smoothies.

What's dextro? Does it come in different flavors?

Dextro is an amino acid base. Most species, yours included, are levo based, so most foods around here are made that way. Turians - that's what I am - are dextro based, and we can't eat levo foods. We need things made with dextro. Luckily since I've arrived I've managed to get a few places to offer a couple of dextro things for me so I don't starve. But you, as a levo based life form, can't eat foods with dextro.

I'm also not sure how, uh, intimate we'll be able to be. I'm not sure how that applies to a... cross-species liaison. So if you're just looking for a one night stand I'm probably not your safest bet.

[ Or not. But hey, he'd rather get that out there now then potentially develop feelings for the girl just to find out that he's fucked. Only... not. ]

If I wanted something cut and dry, I wouldn't be here. I'd just find some pleasure district or help myself. [ She wasn't even looking for that, either, but here she is, thanks to Kaytoo. ] Eventually, you'll need someone to broaden your horizons, and I'm interested in getting to know you better. So this could work for both of us. Unless you're shy.

There are flavors, but they're not quite the same as yours since our ingredients are different. Though I used to have a private chef who was able to create new things before she left, so I guess there's potential. I don't know how, though; not my area.

They've got decent smoothies in a shop in Genessia, including coffee flavored ones. Two birds with one stone, right?

They're... I don't know how to describe them. It would be like me asking you what chicken tastes like. There are different types of flavors, like sweet or salty like you have, but they're made of entirely different things so it's hard to compare them, especially since we can't try each other's to find out.

[She suggested the shooting range. Maybe this date isn't such a bad idea after all. Hopefully he won't have any flashbacks to his date with Kay while they're there.]

I know the place. It's pretty decent. So shoot some things then grab a smoothie afterwards?

[That way if things go south at the range they can duck out before they have to sit together awkwardly for an hour.]

I use a different weapon, so I don't have an extra firearm. Let me know if you can't bring one.
